YOUNG ADULTS rowing & Learning Our Worthiness (GLOW), is an 8-week, comprehensive program designed to address the specific needs of young adults between the ages of 18-26, who are experiencing mental health concerns, substance abuse obstacles, gender identity challenges, and relationship stumbling blocks.

This group therapy program, utilizes evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and is a part of our Center for Mental Health and Addictive Disorders, Intensive Outpatient Program. Participants will engage in therapeutic work needed to build a foundation for long-term success.

WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS GAIN FROM THIS PROGRAM? • The tools required to successfully address challenges such

as healthy relationships, gender identity, and mental health.

• With a broader understanding and greater knowledge of mental wellness and addiction issues, participants can destigmatize these conditions. By normalizing their experiences, participants will replace anxiety and fear with increased confidence in knowing they can have more control of their lives.

• Participants will gain the tools needed to create a healthy

foundation for continued success in managing mental health and/or substance use disorders.

8-WEEK GLOW PROGRAM:

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY | 6-9PM
