“Atlanta” (FX — season premiere, March 24) Nearly four years after the Season 2 finale, this Emmy-winning comedy series finally returns for its third season, which originally was planned to premiere in 2019. Set and filmed almost entirely in Europe, these new episodes follow Earn (series creator and star Donald Glover) and Paper Boi (Brian Tyree Henry), along with Darius and Van (LaKeith Stanfield, Zazie Beetz), on a European tour that is going better than they might have dreamed. Of course, they still have to navigate some new surroundings and process their unexpected success.
