A TOUR OF THE PINE HOLLOW road town of OYSTER BAY li, new York, PROPERTIES

This location is off Pine Hollow Road in the Town of Oyster Bay and offers several different options. It includes: •

3 Vacant storefronts that are in the beginnings of being finished. The fourth one on the right is rented.

The grey building set back in the above top picture has been rehabbed and is a large garage/warehouse former mechanic shop that is in excellent condition both inside and outside. The final building all the way to the left is a long building fairly clean inside but would need some extra attention depending on the look you are trying to create. This building (former Paint/Autobody Shop) has a small room on the second floor with a lot of options on the first floor. These buildings can be used individually, or can be combined, based on your needs. They can be rented as a package to use all or some of them. Part could be used for the shoot while other areas could be used for editing, holding, hair & makeup, wardrobe, catering, etc. There are lots of parking options with one open parking lot to the right and in front of the grey building, and in front of the building to the left, If you are looking for a roadside look then the stores are perfect for that. These properties are located right on Pine Hollow Road in the Town of Oyster Bay.

The front building is set up for four stores. One is rented and the others are partitioned but not finished. The first picture in this section of the journal shows all four stores. The one below shows just the space of what will be three stores, as the laundry part will end up being two stores. Right now, only boards divide the stores. They are not all closed in. This three-store area can be changed into whatever look you want. The center picture above just shows the exterior for the three stores.
