The 4 Steps of Technology transfer 1. Identify your needs In close collaboration with your strategy, we identify the technologies and scientific expertise required in order to meet your innovation needs and reinforce your competitive edge. 2. Organise the relationship A dedicated team handles management of the technology development project. Our R&D project managers, patents specialists, legal experts and business managers will contribute to the success of the project. 3. Develop the technology In order to progress from R&D to transferable technology to industry, our project leaders draw up a feasible programme with successive milestones. We ensure that the intellectual property is entirely protected. 4. License We negotiate and transfer the results of research to the benefit of your company in the form of sub-licences.
Innovate ! AxLR is in charge of: • Development costs connected with laboratories (human resources, equipment, consumables, external services, etc.) • Protection and management of the intellectual property rights (patents, know-how, software, etc.) SATT AxLR covers the initial technological and financial risks of the project. When the joint project’s development objectives are met, we take care of its transfer to your company. Your company becomes the holder of a sub-license. The financial terms concerning use of the technology are examined and adapted.
