Johana Hernandez is an award-winning fashion designer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, best known as the founder of GLAUDI, a luxury bridal and couture brand celebrated for its made-to-measure, size-inclusive designs that empower women of all shapes and sizes. A proud American Salvadoran, Johana’s passion for fashion was inspired by her parents, who worked as seamstresses in factories, instillinginheradeepappreciationforcraftsmanshipandhardwork.
At just 24 years old, Johana launched GLAUDI, quickly becoming one of the most sought-after Latina designers in bridal fashion. She has been recognized as one of Forbes Central America’s Most Powerful Women in Business and was the first Salvadoran American to showcase at Paris Fashion Week. Her designs have been wornbycelebritiesandfeaturedinmajorfashionweeksworldwide.

Ashley Falls is a dynam ated to championing creativity,empoweringwomen,andfosteringthenextgenerationofstorytellers.Raisedin rural Kentucky, Ashley’s passion for storytelling and innovation sparked early aspirations foracareerinentertainment.
In 2019, she seized the opportunity to move to Los Angeles and establish the Clios’ West Coast operations while leading Clio Entertainment. Under Ashley’s leadership, Clio Entertainment has experienced a double-digit growth in both revenue and attendance. Recognizing her strategic vision and impact, Ashley was appointed Managing Director, the Clios US – West Coast in 2024, where she now oversees all West Coast operations, including the Entertainment and Music verticals, further expanding the Clios’ influence acrossmultiplecreativeindustries.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ashley is deeply committed to empowering women and fostering industry-wide change. In 2021, she joined Soapbox Women, an organization dedicated to supporting women and non-gendered individuals in entertainment and marketing. In 2025, following the completion of her presidency, she transitioned to the Soapbox Advisory Board, ensuring continued support for the organization’s mission. An accomplished writer, runner, and weightlifter, Ashley is passionate about using her platform to uplift others and create a more inclusive, innovativefuturefortheindustry.

Marissa has been acting since the age of 8 and trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She lives in Los Angeles and in her free time, Marissaenjoyscookingandspendingtimewithherthreecats.
