It has come to this finu's attention Iliac you operate a si milarly named organization listed as Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Denver. This letter serves as your notice to cease and desistfromusingthisnameandtoimmediatelychangethenameofyourorganization.

Our organization, the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce Denver Colorado has been in incorporation since 2009, a fact you are aware due to your prior experience on our board. After leaving our board, you fonned tl1e organization Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce ofGreater Denver. However, on October 16, 2021, you changed the name of this organization to Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Denver, a name that has caused confusion to the members and the public.

As the first organizauon established and registered, the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce Denver Colorado retains the rights to the name and all similar names. This prohibits you from further use ofyour infringing organization's name. You are hereby instructed to cease and desist from use of the name Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Denver and all similarly related names. You are further instructed to provide written acknowledgemenl of the change in your organil.ation•� name, along with the new name, lo me at the address below or via email at andrew@rkla,\pc com by the close of business on July 22, 2022.

If you do not cease the use of the infringing name, the Taiwanese Chamber of Comm erce Denver Colorado will consider all available legal r«ourse and calculate the dam ages incurred by your actions.
