Our commitment to diversity, inclusion and reconciliation is one of the many reasons that I am extremely honoured and proud to introduce Sandvik’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2020–2022.

In this RAP we set a commitment to develop stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Since commencing our journey we have seen our employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people consistently increase. Those roles being from management through to junior roles. By the end of our Innovate RAP we plan to increase our Aboriginal and
total workforce in Australia. At Sandvik, we are committed to working together to
look forward to continuing our existing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations through further education and engagement. I encourage you to read our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan and join with us to make a purposeful
Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
