A city's transportation system relies on a robust transit network, with Multi Modal Transit Hubs facilitating the exchange of passengers and goods between various transport modes. These hubs can transform adjacent areas into vibrant public spaces, promoting longer stays. Integrating transit and mixed-use development creates a dynamic public realm, benefiting both components. The thesis focuses on activating a project site as a public space, emphasizing physical, social, and economic engagement. It explores the synergy between transit integration and mixed-use development, guided by Transit-Oriented Development principles and community needs, making the project a destination for city residents.
