Our cover this month honors paper dolls with a floral theme. “Little Miss See Saw” was published and printed in Berlin by W. Hagelberg, who was also a publisher in London and in New York. Each dress is placed onto the figure by one single tap, fixed behind the head, around the neck. The pieces of headwear are traditionally slipped over the head through an oval cut.
