S e p t e m b e r i s Nat i o n al Hunger Action Month, a time when organizations and businesses across the country will do their part to help fight hunger in their communities. For the second consecutive year, Shoprite of Old Bridge along with Old Bridge PBA Local 127 led the charge in our area by hosting a “Help Bag Hunger Day” on Saturday 17,2021 Throughout the morning, cashiers asked customers to donate $1, $3 or $5 at the register to help fill the shelves of local food banks.
