College, started his law enforcement career by serving as both a Class I and Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLEO) for the City of Long Branch.

Prior to joining the Matawan Police department, Cheesman served as a Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLEO) with the Atlantic Highlands Police Department since 2022.

Ptl. Jeffrey Poland, graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2022, before joining the Borough of Sea Girt Police Department as a Class I Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLEO). He continued his law enforcement career with the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department in May of 2022 as a Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLEO).
