Signature Assignment: Strategic Plan: Implementation Plan, Strategic Controls, and Contingency Plan Analysis 5 Competition from the local dealers is a major risk. This competition however could be in different dimensions since most of the films are distributed physically through forms like DVDs or having to physically be in sight to train. Change management Issues The main change management issue that is expected to face the company is how swift the change from the physical training to transferring to online training sessions will be. Another issue is workers who may not be willing to take the time to actually make videos for customers to stream into. Growth and Profit Opportunity The opportunities that lie ahead in terms of growth and profit include a large population and the need for on-demand need for local content. Impact on Stakeholders The shareholders will be expected to react due to the need for funding to begin the new division. The employees are expected to react differently. Some of them could be willing to work in the developing countries while others may be reluctant. The new business division is expected to have a positive impact to the management since it is an earning opportunity and thus growth of the company.
