They are in multiple choice format, with recommended answers. Please adapt/modify as appropriate.

2 Using the quizzes The quizzes are presented here on a chapter-by-chapter basis as individual Microsoft Word files. This is done to facilitate re-use on different quiz/questionnaire/online learning platforms through direct import or cut-and-paste. We illustrate this by showing how to import a quiz into Microsoft Forms.

3 Importing a quiz into Microsoft Forms The following steps give brief guidance on importing a quiz into Microsoft Forms.

Download the relevant chapter quiz to your device

•

Log into forms.office.com

•

Select Quick Import > Upload from this device (see Figure 1)

•

Select the relevant chapter quiz file from the download file location

•

Select Import my file as Quiz

Once file conversion is complete, select Start Review

•

Click on questions to edit (see Figure 2): o Select correct answer o Set points value (e.g. to 1)

Existing questions/text can be modified and other questions added as required

•

Select Collect responses to set up for sharing via URL or QR code

Note: MS Forms will also import the list of correct answers as a ‘question’. Ensure this is deleted before use!
