Another Presidential term coming to a close, this time for the APAVS! In Dr. Wohlauer’s words, “thank you for your high-level commitment, professionalism, expertise, and dedication to surgical education!” Congratulations, Trina.
Over the weekend of May 10-12, Kristen Alix, Rafa Malgor, and Mahmood Kabeil attended the Venous Symposium Dr Malgor presented “Management of Ablation-Induced Thrombosis” as well as “Effort Thrombosis.” He also moderated the “Superficial Vein Disease – Perfecting the Treatment” session alongside Peter Gloviczki
Kristen also presented twice: first, on compression, in a talk entitled “Compression: When, What, and How Long?” followed by “Management of Superficial Vein Thrombosis ” She also moderated the Deep Venous Disease session!
Dr Kabeil attended resident sessions during the symposium, bringing home invaluable knowledge gleaned from fellow experts in the field.
