leave certification
Check and certify your leave accruals ructions

nih cycle 3 deadlines
Important deadlines for major award mechanisms
The UCD/AMC internal routing and full submission deadlines for the most common NIH award mechanisms are listed on the next page, all standard due dates are here. If you are planning any submissions, please submit a request through the PreAward Shared Services (PASS) Zendesk as soon as possible to discuss the timeline and requirements for your application, especially if your proposal will involve collaborations with other institutions or requests of over $500k direct costs per year.
All applications must be routed to the Office of Grants and Contracts (OGC) 12 business days before the NIH deadline, and the full application must be ready for submission by OGC 4 business days before the NIH deadline. An additional two days are added to the routing timeline below to allow PreAward Shared Services time to review your files, request any changes and build the routing for OGC review.
Your PASS consultant will respond through the Zendesk application and/or email chain generated from your submitted ticket. You will receive an email with their response and will be able to respond directly to that email. Please make sure to add support@sompass.zendesk.com to your safe sender list in Outlook. Communicating through the application and/or email is important as this communication string will ensure that if someone is out of the office unexpectedly, our team can quickly and easily reassign the work to another consultant, manager, or director until they return.
