Celebrating Customer Experience Day 2022 On the first Tuesday of October every year, the world celebrates Customer Experience Day. ANSA Merchant Bank and ANSA Bank took the opportunity to celebrate both its external and internal customers (our staff) in recognition of their loyalty and support, which has contributed significantly to our success and relevance over the years.

Employee engagement is a key pillar to the success of our Customer Experience framework. Staff at all locations across both entities were treated to a catered breakfast and thank you message from Mr. Gregory N. Hill - Managing Director, ANSA Merchant Bank and Mrs. Kathleen Galy - Managing Director, ANSA Bank. To underpin the importance of employee engagement, four employees across all three entities were recognized and rewarded for their commitment to the REACH guiding principles. They each received a US$100 AMAZON gift certificate along with a certificate of appreciation.
