HOW TO USE GUA SHA?
It's very simple, actually. But before picking up any tool, we need to make sure, that the face is ready.
Firstly wash your hands, and then cleanse your face. Meanwhile, check whether you don't have any cuts, bruises or skin damage If everything looks good, you can warm up your hands under running water, moisturise your face, and then prepare a face mist or face oil that is not going to block your pores. And then you are ready It's time to pick up the Gua Sha!

The key is to use very subtle pressure on the stone as brushing according to the picture. Take each stroke at least five times (up to fifteen). Some people just do two or three moves daily when running out of time
However, if you have more time on your hands, we suggest doing a full massage. Although, make sure it won't last longer than thirty minutes Another would be staying home for at least the next thirty minutes after the procedure All of that is only to protect your skin.
What about the Roller?
The same rules apply, you need to have a damage-free face, and then all you need is to just moisturise it and follow the second picture's instructions on where to roll.
Of course, we also have the last option - our own hands. And to be fair, many people find it easiest. And again, the preparations stay the same, later on, you just adjust your fingers to the Gua Sha moves Although, you can also take a look at the roller face map.
