THE PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING SEEKS TO BRIDGE THISUSING THE GRAIN OF THE STREETSCAPE AND VERNACULAR OF THE SAW-TOOTH FACTORY ROOF WHICH SYNONIMOUS TO THE REGION. ALL AIMING AT DERIVING AN URBAN RESPONSE THAT FITS IN WHILE OWNING ITS INDIVIDUAL IDENTITY.

IN CONTRAST TO THE NEGATIVITY ENGENDERED BY REHABILITATION CENTRES, THE PROJECT ATTEMPTS AT INSTILLING ANIMAL POSITIVITY. THIS IS A DESIGN FOR COMMUNITY, CULTIVATED BY COMMUNITY AND BLOSSOM WITH COMMUNITY.
