CREMONE PLACE IS ENVISAGED TO BE THE LINK BETWEEN PAST (EPICENTRE OF PHYSICAL LABOUR) AND FUTURE (DIGITAL HUB OF KNOWLEDGE) OF ITS PLACE.
THE PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING SEEKS TO BRIDGE THIS USING THE GRAIN OF THE STREETSCAPE AND VERNACULAR OF THE SAW-TOOTH FACTORY ROOF WHICH SYNONIMOUS TO THE REGION. ALL AIMING AT DERIVING AN URBAN RESPONSE THAT FITS IN WHILE OWNING ITS INDIVIDUAL IDENTITY.
