LEARNING FROM P.A.YEOMANS’S KEYLINE SYSTEM, THE PROPOSAL INTENT TO ACCOMMODATE THE PARALLEL GROWTH OF NATURE AND ARCHITECTURE WHILST REFLECT ONE INTO ANOTHER. IN THAT WAY, THE DESIGN ALSO AIMS AT EDUCATING AND ENGAGING THE COMMUNITY AWARENESS WITH THE ECOSYSTEM HEALTH.

CREMONE PLACE IS ENVISAGED TO BE THE LINK BETWEEN PAST (EPICENTRE OF PHYSICAL LABOUR) AND FUTURE (DIGITAL HUB OF KNOWLEDGE) OF ITS PLACE.

THE PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING SEEKS TO BRIDGE THISUSING THE GRAIN OF THE STREETSCAPE AND VERNACULAR OF THE SAW-TOOTH FACTORY ROOF WHICH SYNONIMOUS TO THE REGION. ALL AIMING AT DERIVING AN URBAN RESPONSE THAT FITS IN WHILE OWNING ITS INDIVIDUAL IDENTITY.
