t is with pleasure we introduce the Glass Canada Buyers’ Guide for 2009. This directory is a compilation of companies who manufacture, supply or distribute the multitude of different products, materials tools and machinery for the production and installation of glass. It is the only such directory focused exclusively on the Canadian glass industry.
It allows you to quickly locate a product and a choice of suppliers. Simply look up the item, alphabetically, under Architectural Glass or Auto Glass, and choose a supplier. Once you have chosen a supplier, turn to the suppliers section for an alphabetical list of company names that includes addresses, telephone numbers, fax and websites.
In the Buyers’ Guide, you will find additional information on suppliers. You can see if a supplier sells direct, sells through a distributor, or sells direct if there is no distributor in an area. Look at the legend found at the top of each page to match the services to the supplier.
Also, see the Advertisers’ Index, advertisements appearing in this directory.
Information is key for the success of any business. Although the information in this Buyers’ Guide is also available through Yellow Page directories and online sources, having them listed in an easy-toreference guide is a convenience for glass professionals. From glazing contractors to fabricators and designers, whether it is on the plant floor or on the jobsite, this
directory provides a quick reference to who sells what in the glass industry. It is information at your fingertips.

Stadia Industries Ltd. is a growing 24 hour glass and aluminum service company in Concord, Ontario. We have immediate openings for the following position:
We have ongoing openings for career oriented glaziers and door technicians. We engage in new construction, retrofit and service work with curtain wall, windows and skylites. We also install and service swing, balanced, revolving and sliding doors as well as installing and servicing automatic door operators.
Our work is steady (year round), our rates are competitive plus we have performance incentives, uniforms and an automatic quarterly rate increase program which means never having to ask for a raise. We provide personal power tools, safety equipment and ongoing training.
