Novadan’s team of professionally competent consultants help you to find the most optimal cleaning solution for your membrane plant. The main purpose is ALWAYS to clean the plant properly in order to ensure that production keeps its’ capacity.

When optimizing the cleaning, focus is on parameters of high importance to you. Among those parameters, this could be to reduce downtime/cleaning time, total costs including water, chemicals, energy. Another parameter could be that you are only allowed to derive X m3 water or use Y KJ energy or something completely different – we will take that into consideration when optimizing the cleaning solution.

We are fully aware that no plant or production are alike - you produce your products in your specific way and we take that into account when choosing a cleaning solution. All measure points and wishes will be written in an agreement and focused on in a start-up period.

Novadan’s consultants will carry out a survey of the plant while - at the same time - your demands, wishes and needs are uncovered, the operation status of the plant is observed and eventually a realistic report on how to solve the task will be presented to you. We will be happy to illustrate this in a test phase.

For Novadan, our most important task is to keep your plant clean - that means to ensure that both fouling and possible biological growth have been removed. Our highly effective solutions are documented and presented in order to use them in your dailly documentation and of course in connection with audits of customers and authorities.
