After the Rain is a Japanese male musical duo group consists of two members: Soraru and Mafu mafu. The group abbreviation is mainly AtR.
A unit consisting of singer/creator ‘Soraru’ and ‘Mafumafu’ who have gained overwhelm ing support in the internet music scene. They started their activities from the 2014 album “After Rain Quest”, and their populari ty immediately caught fire, and the 2nd al bum “Prerhythm Arch” announced in 2015 the following year swept the top of the charts at specialty stores and became a big hit.

Mafumafu (born 18 October 1991) is a Japanese singer. In addition to his solo work, he is a vocalist, lyricist and composer in the music duo After the Rain formed with fellow utaite singer Soraru. Mafumafu is also popularly known as Nandemoya (Jap anese: 何でも屋, lit. Jack of all trades). His broad vocal range, spanning well over five octaves, allows him to sing in a high register comparable to some Vocaloid songs; with some covers, he has also ad opted the name Manunchan for his “female persona”, who has an even higher voice. Mafumafu plays guitar and piano. He covers Vocaloid songs from other creators as well as performing his own original songs. He also pro duces music for games, an ime, and other artists.
On 5 June 2022, Mafumafu announced on Twitter that after his solo live concerts on 11 and 12 June in the Tokyo Dome, he would go on an in definite hiatus from all per sonal musical activities as Mafumafu for the first time in 11 years, citing his medi cal condition. He will remain active as a musician to pro duce music for other artists, as well as continue to partici pate in group collaborations.

He also has a younger broth er who goes by the name Malon/Maron (マロン), who uploads dance cover videos on Nico Nico Douga.
The “T” in his stage name stands for his real name, Tomohisa. Because of this, many fans also call him T-kun.

Although they have known each other for 5 years, Amatsuki and Soraru have just recently begun collaborating. Itou Kashitarou and Amatsuki are seen around each other quite a lot, and they have formed multiple units together (such as Circle of Friends and Ama tou Kashitsuki). 96Neko and Amatsuki have collabed to do a radio talk show named “96tsuki no Wagamama Radio,” where they talk about various topics and invite guests. The two also play APEX together.
