ANN CONNELLY FINE ART

Jacqueline Dee Parker's early life in the home of an architect and a violinist shaped her aesthetic. Exposure to the art of architecture encouraged her to explore spatial relationships. The music impacted her work emotionally, and altered the artist's sense of place and time.

Jacqueline's work relies on juxtaposition, metaphor, memory and matter to express some sense of underlying order, humanity and emotional intent. Her materials include pages from antique literature, music books and other printed collectables.Â
