Site Specific Intervention

JOURNEY

This project challenged us to create anything on a site we chose. I worked with Carrie and Alexis to create a ladder showing our uphill climb to get to where we are today. The cards represent who got us to Jefferson and the rope shows 3 different strings coming into one.

This shoe project challenged us to create several versions of the same shoe using cardboard in different ways. The last version was made using duct tape. We learned how cardboard is very diverse and how other materials can be used for the same thing. We also learned how to manage our time when doing these projects.

PAT TERN

This project was to create a stamp that we could use with the ink that created the top board. This was then translated using color to see what else was possible. The third board down was a way to combine what we learned from the first two steps and create folds in a paper that represent your stamp. This taught me how to create pattern and be very diligent.
