I am an Italian architect and artist, currently based in Tel Aviv. After my graduation from the Architecture Academy of Mendrisio, I lived in the Netherlands for five years, where I worked on the transformation of existing monumental buildings and was resident artist at Kunstlicht Amsterdam. Since Februrary 2022 I relocated to Tel aviv, where I pursue both my architectural and my artistic practice.

My artistic research has always been intertwined with my architectural practice, gravitating around the identity of places and the mutual interactions between the built envirnment and its users.

The complex layering of time in the built envirnment has been the heart of my work. Tthrough architectural design my goal has been to give new life to exhisting public space, creating a dialogue between old and new. Whereas through my artistic practice I aim at capturing such layering of time, that delicate yet rough history that buildings carry on their own skin.
