He specializes in large scale housing and institutional projects having worked in prestigious defence project like those for DRDO, Indian Navy, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University ,Various stadia's for commonwealth games Delhi university -2010,Development of Minto hall heritage complex at Bhopal Mandoli prison complex & DDA. He also has had extensive experience in the filed of urban design and planning, providing architecture for some of the very successful projects of DDA (Delhi Development Authority) and DUAC and master plan of Srinagar city. • STADIUM ROOF- CORRUGATED POLYCORBONATED SHEETS IS USED FOR MAKING THE ROOF OF THE STADIUM. • MULTI PURPOSE HALL FLOORING- MAPLE WOOD FLOORING IS USED FOR MULTI PURPOSE HALL & NETBALL COURT IT IS ESPACELY IMPORTED FROM U.S.A .

• GLAZING- IN THE COMPLEX THERE IS AIR GAPED TOUGHENED GLASS IS USED. • FLOOD LIGHTS- THE FLOOD LIGHT IS FIXED AT 34MT OF HEIGHT THERE IS 85 KW HALOGEN LAMPS(PHILIPS) IS USED THEY PROVIDE ADE QUATE LUX LEVEL. • FLOORING- THERE IS KOTA STONE IS USED FOR THE FLORING. • ESPACIAL EQUIPMENTS- IS USED FOR THE MAITANENCE OF THE RUGBY GROUND GRASS ALL THIS EQUIPMENTS ARE ASLO IMPORTED FROM U.S.A. • CLADING- THERE IS ACP MATERIAL CLADDING IS USED IN WALLS COLUMNS
