Housing projects must address immediate needs, foster culture, and be responsive to local contexts
ZONING IS DONE IN SUCH A WAY THAT ITS WOULD ENSURE THE PRIVACY OF DWELLERS.
FORM OF THE BUILDING ENSURE MAXIMUM VENTILATION OF LIGHT AND WIND.
THE FORM IS DESIGNED SUCH THAT IT COULD BLOCK THE NOISE CHAOS AND THE OTHER NEIGHBOURING DISTURBANCES.
