Spring inspires with its beautiful colours and diverse flavours - both in nature and on the plate. Let's welcome it together. Our focus is on seasonal and creative meatfree dishes, without neglecting our favourite classics such as the cow burger or tartare. The most important is always the enjoyment.
Our dishes are produced with passion, dedication and craftsmanship by our twentymember kitchen team, including five apprentices. In service too, where we train three apprentices, the focus is on craftsmanship and passion For example barista, bar & wine topics are continuously trained and developed. The versatility of our professions is enormous, and we have to prove ourselves anew every day and inspire our guests. This makes our everyday life exciting It's all live, just like on stage.
