CHOICE #1 Immerse yourself in Kentucky bourbon on this all-inclusive weekend experience in Bardstown.

Meet some of Bardstown’s master distillers, learn how bourbon is made, sample some of the region’s very best bourbon, and enjoy a range of farm-to-table meals.

Highlights

• You will be spending the first night at the Seelbach Hilton in Louisville. In the morning your chauffer will pick you up* and take you to one of Bardstown’s historic 4-star bed and breakfasts, dating back to the 1700s where you will spend the next two nights • Enjoy paired farm-to-table meals in locations such as the vintage whiskey library at Bardstown Bourbon Company • Experience a behind-the-scenes adventure at Willett, Heaven Hill, and Bardstown Bourbon Company • Relax while being chauffeured around bourbon country in high-end luxury transportation * Parking for your car at the Hilton for the next two days is included.

• Sample some of the region’s very best bourbons and learn how bourbon is made The adventure begins with pickup by a personal chauffeur and drop-off to your lodgings for the weekend. After check-in, receive your evening plans, which are designed just for you.

The following morning begins with a light breakfast and then heads straight to the family owned and operated Willett Distillery.

Enjoy exclusive access to the Willett products before the distillery is open to the public, and dive right into the rich American history of bourbon making. Next, embark on another early-access shopping adventure at Heaven Hill, and sip on barrel aged Elijah Craig coffee while you shop. (continued on next page)

Later, enjoy a private behind-the-scenes tour at Heaven Hill’s impressive Bourbon Heritage Center, followed by an elevated tasting session, which includes William Heavenhill’s 13-year-old bourbon.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head back to Willett for a private farm-to-table lunch, paired with up to 2 cocktails. After lunch, enjoy yet another private tasting session in one of the distillery’s bespoke tasting rooms.

The final distillery of the day is Bardstown Bourbon Company. Take a guided tour of the distillery and learn the art of bourbon production. Afterwards, taste a selection of the company’s limited release bourbons, then partake in an exclusive cocktail class led by a mixologist at the Bottle & Bond Bar.

End the tour with another farm-to-table dinner in one of the Bardstown Bourbon Company’s impressive rooms. Dinner concludes with a tasting session customized for your group. The final stop of the day is the legendary speakeasy in the heart of town, the Blind Pig. Sip on yet more tasty drinks, or relax with a cigar.
