Dear Scholar, The Office of Admission at Claremont McKenna College want to extend a warm congratulations at becoming a College Prep Scholar! What a huge achievement and one that we wish we could celebrate in person.

At CMC, we believe in investing in our students, as a College Prep Scholar you will be eligible for a financial grant through the Kravis Opportunity Fund: The Kick Off Grant. The Kick Off Grant is a 1,000 scholarship that allows students to use those funds toward books, school supply shopping, and more.

As an institution who has a commitment to affordability, we meet 100% of demonstrated need and we are need blind for US citizens and permanent residents. Interested in learning more about CMC? Join us for our annual Fall Preview Program, Preview is aimed at serving historically underrepresented communities - first generation American, first generation to college, students of color, low income students and students from rural communities - who demonstrate strong academic excellence and genuine interest in exploring all that CMC has to offer. You will have the opportunity to participate in a mock class, engage and connect with incredible faculty and students, and learn more about the CMC admissions process.
