Katsuya’s culinary concept is a conjoined effort by SBE’s Disruptive Restaurant Group and renowned Master Sushi Chef Katsuya Uechi. The menu features classic as well as signature dishes and the sushi is always fresh and flavorful.

Menu items include Truffle Beef Tataki, Avocado and Spicy Tofu Salad, Shishito Peppers with Yuzu Yogurt, Sweet Corn with Shichimi butter, and Robata Grilled Vegetables. The Sushi Bar features traditional as well as specialty pieces like the fabulous Special Spicy Tuna Roll and Sashimi Moriawase.

Chef Uechi created an omakase menu comprising of 10 courses for $95 per person. A beverage pairing that complements the program is available for $45 and includes wines, sake, and colorful cocktails. Katsuya Brentwood's S Bar features a fresh cocktail menu designed by award-winning Yael Vengroff, Head of Bars & Mixology Programming at SBE. Named Best American Bartender by the prestigious Tales of Cocktail, Vengroff is dedicated to crafting visually stunning cocktails that combine simple spirits with unexpected ingredients like aloe vera, yuzu tonic and umami bitters. Her new S Bar menu cocktails include Sunset Patrol, Shinigami Eyes, The Life Aquatic, Jade Wins!, Mr. Noi Noi, Open Sesame, Champagne Problems, and Tiger Julius.
