Some Background...

We are a purebred Red Angus operation located at Edgerton, Alberta. We have been in the cattle business since 1993 and at our present location since 2003. Our herd started with 20 bred heifers and today is 120 red females and 30 commercial cows.

Today all of our cows calve in April/May and we sell only longyearling bulls. We have been a part of the "MJT Back to the Basics" bull sale since inception.

We enjoyed 19 years selling bulls through that sale. We have many repeat buyers and we thank each and every one that has shown interest in our program.

We have decided that it is time to sell our bulls privately. We have included pedigrees, pictures and information in this book for you to review and analyze. These bulls have been managed exactly the same way as our bulls previously and are looking very promising.

We are holding our annual open house at the farm February 28th and March 1st and would like you to join us. There will be food and refreshments both days. The format is simple; each bull is individually priced and will sell first come first served. If you can’t make it to the open house, please give us a call and we can line up a time later in the spring that works for you.

We take a lot of pride in our operation and cows. We would love to show you, give us a call or stop by for coffee.

Terms & Conditions

Payment: 1/2 down when selection made and a post dated cheque for May 1, 2014 Insurance: Insurance is strongly recommended and is at the discretion of the buyer.

Health: All animals will be sold in compliance with the health laws of Alberta. All bulls are vet inspected before delivery.

Breeding Guarantee: All bulls are guaranteed breeders. The Canadian Angus Association guarantee applies, as well as our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. All bulls will be semen tested and vet inspected.

Registration Papers: All animals selling are registered and will be transferred only upon full payment and on request of buyer.

Purchaser’s Risk: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold.

Delivery: All bulls will be kept until the first week of May in which they will be delivered at no charge.

For the sight unseen purchases we guarantee satisfaction upon delivery.
