SALE INFORMATION

Inspection

All cattle will be available for Inspection from 10am on sale day. Inspections may be arranged at an alternate time by contacting Urban Angus or your preferred agent. A Supplementary sheet including bull weights and any catalogue amendments will be made available prior to the sale.

Delivery

We offer FREE Bull delivery to property’s within 200kms.

Health

Urban Angus has an on-farm biosecurity plan in place and a J-BAS score of 6. All bulls have been tested free of pestivirus and vaccinated with 7 in 1, Vibrovax, and 3 day Vaccine.

Fertility

Bulls have been semen tested and soundness inspected by Dungog Veterinary Hospital. In the event that a purchased bull is found to be infertile or incapable of natural service within 6 months of purchase Urban Angus will replace the bull with a substitute (if available) or issue a credit equal to the purchase price (minus salvage value) credit may be used at future Urban Angus bull sales. A veterinary report verifying that the defect is not due to illness or injury suffered within the 6 month period to be supplied by purchaser.

Gst

GST is to be added onto the purchase price at the close of the auction. You will be invoiced purchase price plus GST.

Outside Agents

3% vendor rebate is payable to registered outside agents attending the sale with clients and settling on their behalf within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Insurance

There is no vendor insurance on sale bulls. It will be the responsibility of the purchasers to insure their bulls if required.

Semen Rights

Urban Angus reserve the right to collect semen for our in herd use from any bulls listed in this catalogue. Collection would be at our expense and the buyers convenience.
