Booking Conditions

• Online transaction fee applies, depending on ticket type

• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase except in the case of a cancelled performance, in this instance, the Box Office team will contact you.

Refreshments

The theatre has a bar in the foyer area and in the Assembly Hall. The bars are open approximately 1 hour before the performance commences and at the interval. Interval drinks can be pre-booked at the bar.

Accredited Assistance

We welcome all accredited assistance dogs in the theatre, which includes guide dogs, hearing dogs and support dogs. Please advise the Box Office at the time of booking and we will endeavour to place you and your dog in the area most suitable for you.

Auditorium

The Webster Memorial Theatre is equipped with a state of the art Sennheiser infrared listening system for use in the main auditorium. To access the infrared system please request receiving equipment from the Box Office or from any member of the theatre staff.

There are two devices available: Induction loop necklace - Suitable for persons wearing a hearing aid, the Induction loop necklace is worn around the neck. Whilst wearing the necklace, switch your hearing aid to the “T” setting and the sound is amplified. The necklace has an adjustable volume control.

Headset - This device amplifies sound through ear-pieces similar to regular headphones and is suitable for persons without a hearing aid.

Wheelchair Access

A lift suitable for wheelchair users is located in the foyer and provides access to the stalls, the Assembly Hall and the Studio areas. Wheelchair spaces for performances in the

main auditorium are allocated in the stalls only and the Box Office should be advised at the time of booking. Accessible toilets are situated in the foyer and at Studio level.

Getting There

Arbroath rail and bus stations are within a few minutes walking distance from the theatre. There is a large car park at the rear of the theatre which can be accessed from Marketgate. There are several designated disabled parking spaces in this car park adjacent to the theatre stage door.

Moonlight Serenade, Little Brown Jug, Pennsylvania 6-5000 and String of Pearls are just a few of the numbers that shot band leader Glenn Miller to world stardom.
