Unused services is non-refundable and unexchangeable
Please remind logistics upon disposal if you would like to keep your tree stand or it will be disposed.

Order must be paid in full upon confirming to receive discount. Payment is non-refundable
Any delay due to uncontrollable event such as shipment delay, we will notify client to rebook delivery. Order will remain non-refundable and non-transferable into other credits. No refund due to change of personal plans eg. to travel aboard. Changing order will incur transaction charges.
Tree delivery & removal service can only be re-schedule with 3 days notice in advance or extra charges will be applied. Max 1 re-schedule per order for free.
Walking stairs must be reserved upon order or extra charges will be applied, such as re-schedule of delivery and time. Ornaments need to be taken off before the removal date. If not, the tree cannot be recycled and additional charges will be applied for another removal service.
Unused services is non-refundable and unexchangeable.
Please note that every tree may vary in look, shape, size and lifespan, since they are cut from US and shipped to Hong Kong. We can only exchange under the condition where the treetop is broken and/or minimal 2 no. of branch gap size with over 10”x10” and depending on the availability of trees.
