摘要

科技日新月異的發展，行動裝置成為人們不可或缺的存在， 隨者高齡化， 越來越多 高齡者

也需要使用行動裝置， 而行動裝置中介面設計的應用程式圖標已成為重要的元素，是使用者最 先看到的元素，尤其是特別為高齡者進行的 設計 。本研究的目的為探討高齡者 對行動裝置中應

用程式圖標的圖像與線框設計的操作效率與審美。透過實驗測試，運用 Adobe XD 程式來模擬

行動裝置的螢幕，測試圖像與線框的操作效率並搭配半結構式問卷；受測者為二十六名 65 歲以 上高齡者。研究結果顯示高齡使用者在選擇圖像 設計抑或是線框設計的圖標時 會傾向選擇 圖像 設計，其中原因是因為 圖像設計操作效率較高，也較能清楚辨識，審美也較為偏好 圖像設計； 線框設計也有少數高齡者喜愛。

Abstract

With the rapid growth of technology, mobile devices have become an indispensable existence for people. With population aging, more and more older adults need to use mobile devices. The applications’ icon design on the UI design of mobile device has become an important element, which is the first element the user sees, and is an important key in the interface design, especially for the older adults. The purpose of this study is to investigate the operational efficiency and aesthetics of the pattern and wireframe design of APP icons in mobile devices for the older adults. Through the experimental test, the Adobe XD was used adopted to simulate the screen image of the mobile device to test the operation efficiency of the pattern and wireframe design; the subjects were 26 older adults over the age of 65. The result shows that elderly users tend to choose pattern design when choosing icons with pattern or wireframe design. The reason is that pattern design is more efficient in operation and can be clearly identified, and aesthetics also prefer pattern design; wireframe design is also favored by a few older adults.

隨著疫情的擴散，遠距醫療的應用也日益受到重視，不論是在疫情或是後疫情時代，科技的演變 下，遠距醫療已然成為趨勢，然而遠距醫療的重要性不僅僅是疫情影響，對於多數行動較不便或越來越 不便的高齡者來講，遠距醫療也成為增加醫療便利性的 工具。遠距醫療的趨勢下，高齡者雖認同遠距醫 療帶來的便利性也認為應學習如何操作數位設備 卻會因較少接觸或是 缺乏自信及數位健康素養而降低 對於遠距醫療之接受度 ，本研究將深入探討導致高齡者遠距醫療 接受度較低之因素，並探討 如何才能提 升接受度。

本研究邀請 10 位高齡者進行半結構式訪談對於遠距醫療的認識度、接受度及看法，且透過數位健 康素養量表調查高齡者數位健康素養現況，並且邀請三位醫護相關人員 進行專家訪談對於高齡者使用遠 距醫療之效益、看法及建議。高齡者多數不願意接受或使用遠距醫療之因素大多為 ：不知道如何使用抑

或是害怕出錯，少數認為沒有使用遠距醫療之必要性，而普遍皆認為若是受過良好的教學， 長時間接 觸，並且將遠距醫療功能進行良好的整合，將有機會提升接受度 。

Abstract

With the spread of the epidemic, telemedicine has been paid more attention. Whether in the epidemic or in the post-epidemic era, telemedicine has become a trend under the evolution of science and technology. However, the importance of telemedicine is not only the impact of the epidemic , for most older adults who are more inconvenient, telemedicine has also become a tool to increase medical convenience. Under the trend of telemedicine, although older adults agree with the convenience brought by telemedicine and believe that they should learn how to operate digital equipment, they will reduce their awareness of telemedicine due to less contact or lack of self-confidence and digital health literacy. This study will deeply explore the factors that lead to the low acceptance of telemedicine among older adults, furthermore, how to improve their acceptance.

In this study, 10 older adults were invited to conduct semi-structured interviews on their awareness, acceptance and views on telemedicine, and the digital health literacy status of older adults was investigated through the eHealth Literacy Scale, and three medical personnel were invited to conduct Expert interviews on the benefits, opinions, and suggestions of using telemedicine for older adults. Most older adults are unwilling to accept or use telemedicine because they don’t know how to use it or are afraid of making mistakes. A few think that there is no need to use telemedicine , and a good integration of telemedicine functions will have the opportunity to increase acceptance.

The concept which is upright can not only narrow down the space, but also easily sort out the shoes. Besides, the detachable structure make the product can be changed into other components.

Urinary tract infection(UTI) is a disease that with the highest infection rate, especially the patients who need to insert long-term Foley catherter. The infection often be found by periodic inspection or when patients feel uncomfortable such as fever or pubic pain.

With the infected time last longer, there’s more risks to patients. Uring contain future technology using high magnification camera to capture the picture of urine in Foley catherter. It also can analyze bacterial species with big data to compare with the bacteria which causes UTI.
