Wilston and Gordon Park recorded no settled sales during June, reflecting the on of available stock rather than a lack of buyer demand Limited listings continue to transaction volumes across these tightly held suburbs, with many buyers remaini ready to act when quality homes become available.

Although sales volumes softened, this is consistent with the seasonal slowdown t experienced during the school holidays. Importantly, pricing remained strong, dem buyers are still willing to compete for well-presented homes in sought-after locat and move-in-ready family homes continue to generate the strongest demand

While the recent Federal Budget has created uncertainty in some investor-focuse has been little evidence of any negative impact on pricing across our local area. W of purchasers in Wilston, Windsor, Gordon Park, Grange and Newmarket being o rather than investors, demand has remained resilient and property values have he continue to compete for quality homes, reinforcing the strength and stability of t suburbs.

Looking ahead, activity is expected to increase following the school holidays. Wit remaining limited and buyer enquiry consistent, quality homes across Brisbane's well positioned to continue attracting strong competition.
