Australian property prices continued their steady climb through June, with national values rising 1 0% to reach a median of $941,101, while Brisbane’s median surges past $1 05 million.
Brisbane, in particular, remains one of the standout performers in the national market. Buyer activity remains high, driven by two interest rate cuts this year along with strong population growth and limited housing supply continuing to create competition, especially in high-demand pockets across the city
