February marked a strong rebound in activity across Wilston, Windsor, Grange and Newmarket with 21 sales totalling more than $48 million for the month.

Buyer demand was particularly evident in Newmarket, which led the way with $15,600,000 in transactions This was highlighted by the standout sale of 86 Gracemere Street, Newmarket our team had the opportunity to represnt which achieved a street record of $3,200,000 This result, alongside the suburb’s $4,018,000 top sale on Yarradale Street, reinforces continued confidence in premium family homes.

Windsor and Wilston also recorded multiple high-value transactions above $4,000,000 and $2,000,000 respectively, while Grange and Gordon Park delivered steady, consistent results. Overall, February’s performance reflects resilient buyer competition, strong depth across price points, and solid momentum heading further into the year
