‫ گ وجر ہ‬the administrative capital of Gojra Tehsil, is the city of Toba Tek

Singh District in the Punjab in the province of Pakistan. The province of Punjab, in which Gojra is the administrative seat, has prevalent socioculural distinctions. Population sizes vary by district but some distinguishing factors include a young age structure, high agedependency ratio, a higher percentage of males, a higher proportion of married population, and heterogeneity in castes and languages. Islam is the region with a 97.22% Muslim majority. The Punjab Health Department is a government agency of Punjab,

Pakistan that delivers preventive healthcare, as well as curative care health care services from the primary health care level to the tertiary care level; Healthcare in Pakistan is administered mainly in the private sector which accounts for approximately 80% of all outpatient visits. South Asian countries, health and sanitation infrastructure is adequate in urban areas but is generally poor in rural areas. Pakistan's health care delivery system includes both state and non-state; and profit and not for profit service provision. Studies have shown that Pakistan's private sector healthcare system is outperforming public sector healthcare system in terms of service quality and patient satisfaction. Healthcare delivery system of Pakistan is rather complex which includes healthcare sub-systems by federal governments and provincial governments competing formal and informal private sector healthcare systems. In 2018, Saad Ahmed Javed and Dr. Sifeng Liu proposed, much awaited, the first Mental health is the most neglected field in Pakistan where 10- 16% of the population, more than 14 million, suffers from mild to moderate psychiatric illness, majority of which are women. The figures probably do not include a large number of people who have never seen a psychiatrist and who strongly deny the need for psychiatric consultation. Only the provinces of Sindh and Punjab have a mental health act in place and there is an urgent need for similar legislative frameworks in other provinces to protect the rights of those with mental illness.

The disaster/emergency preparedness plan for mental health was last revised in 2006. There is no policy that protects the rights of people who get convicted but are mentally ill. Recently, Pakistan’s top court has ruled that schizophrenia does not fall within its legal definition of mental disorders, clearing the way for the execution, of a mentally ill man convicted of murder. The allocated mental health budget is 0.4% of total health care expenditures. Estimated mental health spending per capita is (US$) $0.01.They are only 5 mental hospitals in Pakistan. In country live 197 million (2017) people(World Bank) Number of Mental health outpatient facility 4,356 and number of mental health day-treatment facility is 14. There are 18 NGOs in the country involved in individual assistance activities such as counselling, housing or support groups.The total number of human resources working in mental health facilities or private practice per 100,000 population is 87.023, among which . Meaning that there is roughly one psychiatrist available per half-

million people.Of these, 45% work for government-run mental health facilities and 51% work with non-governmental organisation s and other private institutions, while 4% work in both sectors. This shows that infrastructure does not meet the population needs for mental health care.

Ongoing Programs: A number of innovative programmes to develop indigenous models of care like the 'Community Mental Health Programme' and 'Schools Mental Health Programme' have been developed by the Pakistan government. These programmes have been found effective in reducing stigma and increase awareness of mental illness amongst the adults and children living in rural areas. Common mental health problems have been identified in both the rural and urban population which seems to have a positive association with socio-economic adversities, relationship problems and lack of social support. psychosomatic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.  A psychiatrist treats people who are not needed to ensure that it is respected to avoid it being necessary.  A psychologist helps a person to understand himself, helps to

deal with communication difficulties, makes more effective use of his / her possibilities, seeking an individual approach to each client and his / her problem, as well as works with people who are emotionally traumatized. A psychologist is also a mediator between clients and medical or judicial authorities. Psychologist is engaged in human intelligence, behavior, personality observation, memory research.  A social worker helps people (who claim to be a particular company) in different systems at different levels

Several factors play a role in the origin of mental illness.

1. Heredity and Inherited from family relatives. The weakness of a certain brain system or the whole organism that can contribute to the onset of the disease. For example, congenital syphilis can be mentioned from hereditary diseases.

2. Organic brain damage. This includes mainly anatomical brain damage resulting from pregnancy pathology and fetal development as well as the consequences of head injury (especially if the trauma is resolved in early childhood).

3. Chronic auto-toxicity. A rises from normal functioning of the body of the wrong organism. In most cases, however, it has not yet been possible to identify toxic products and explain their mechanisms.

4. Acute and chronic infections and intoxications. In this case, mention should be made of brain infection (head injury), acute nutrient poisoning, medicines, toxic industrial products, etc.

5. Psychogenic factors. The importance of the emergence of the disease can be both a once-received severe psychiatric trauma (an unpleasant word or otherwise received unpleasant messages), as well as long-term and chronic psychological trauma (presence in a prolonged psychotic trauma situation).

6. Unfavorable social environment conditions. Malnutrition, chronic mental and physical overload, and anti-hygienic living conditions can also contribute to the development of mental illness (Latvian psychiatrist, Dr.Med., Imants EglÄŤtis, 1982)
