Our Above and Beyond winner for April is Emmah O’Neil. Emmah exemplifies all of our core values She is caring and respectful to our residents and always willing to help her team members We are lucky to have her as part of the Andrews of Summerside team

Emmah first started working as a caregiver at Andrews in 2022 Prior to joining us, she worked in a local café She’s always been passionate about caregiving and brings that mindset to the job every day
“I love my job,” she said. “When I come to work, it feels like a second family The residents talk to you, they ask you about your days It’s very rewarding It’s a very loving environment ”
When she’s not at work, Emmah enjoys relaxing with her friends and taking her dog Tetley for walks
