Dear family members and friends of ProTem Memory Care,
We had an amazing month at our homes
We celebrated Mother’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, took part in a mock-Kentucky Derby and raised money for the Alzheimer’s Society
Our in-house fundraising walk was well-attended and the weather was perfect Residents enjoyed spending the afternoon outdoors and interacting with our daycare visitors
Team members also took part in the official walk on Sunday, May 31 It was a wet, windy day but we are glad we took part. The work the Alzheimer’s Society does is so important and the cause is near and dear to many of our staff and resident families
In other news, we are proud to announce ProTem earned Accreditation with Commendation from Accreditation Canada
Accreditation Canada standards are considered the benchmark for health services in Canada Accreditation with Commendation means ProTem not only met, but exceeded, the national standards outlined by Accreditation Canada.

This month we will celebrate Father’s Day, Team Appreciation Week and start spending more time outdoors We are all looking forward to summer!
