Dear family members and friends of ProTem Memory Care,
We had an amazing month at our homes
We held our annual fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Society of N B , hosted our in-house walk, started gardening outdoors celebrated Mother’s Day and enjoyed activities including painting and armchair travel
This month we will celebrate Father’s Day, host strawberry socials, enjoy a van outing and just spend time outdoors Summer is just around the corner!

Our annual in-house Walk for Alzheimer’s was a great success. Residents and their families took part in the walk through our grounds and enjoyed some cake and refreshments afterward.

Residents were busy this month gardening, taking part in exercise and art programs and enjoying some relaxing arm-chair travel to the Netherlands.

KARA CHOUHAN - PROTEM
Kara was recognized for going above and beyond. Our Above and Beyond winner for May is Kara Chouhan Kara is a dedicated team member, always willing to help where and when she’s needed She has a great relationship with the residents. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team
Kara first started working with ProTem in April, 2022 Prior to joining our team she worked as a telehealth nurse and prior to that, spent 20 years working in healthcare with a focus on geriatric care
“I love coming (to work) here,” she said “I love getting to see everyone every day I feel like I have an adopted grandma and grandpa home.”
