Michelle is driven and passionate about person-centered care She is always willing to help where and when she’s needed
Michelle began working as a PSW with ProTem two months ago Prior to joining our team, she worked for 17 years in a similar role at a nursing home and spent seven years working in mental health
After a career working in larger homes, she appreciates ProTem’s small-home model of care, where she’s able to spend more one-on-one time with residents
“I didn’t get to know residents ProTem gave me that,” she said. “It’s fascinating just knowing them as a person. ” When she’s not at work, Michelle enjoys taking Zumba classes and going on nature walks Her favourite trail is Irishtown Nature Park
