Andree was recognized for going above and beyond
Our Above and Beyond winner for July is Andree Cormier Andree is a dedicated team member, always willing to help where and when she's needed We are fortunate to have her at ProTem Memory Care.
Andree started working as a PSW at ProTem three years ago Prior to joining our team, she worked in a similar role at a larger nursing home.
Having worked in larger settings, Andree prefers our small home model of care
"I really get to know the residents here," she said "They become like family You really feel like you can make a difference "
Outside of work, Andree spends her days camping, hiking, fishing and enjoying quality time with friends and family
