Our Above and Beyond winner for May is Barb Pye

Barb is a dedicated team member, always going the extra mile to keep our residents happy and engaged She’s always willing to help when needed and is amazing at organization events at Andrews of Parkhill We are fortunate to have her as part of the Parkhill family Barb began working as program coordinator at Parkhill in 2013 Prior to joining, she worked as a server and assistant manager of the Zeller’s diner

Her career at Parkhill was only supposed to be short term “I came for two, stayed for 10,” she said “This place, I can’t explain it I don’t say ‘I come to work,’ I get to come here every day It’s not a job. It’s so rewarding. I can get a smile, if I can make one person smile, it makes my day ”

When she’s not at work, Barb enjoys gardening, knitting, crocheting and spending time with her husband
