Your life, your community, your news

Dear family members and friends of Andrews Senior Care,
We had a great November at our homes
We marked Remembrance Day with special services to honour our veterans and those impacted by war. We enjoyed live music and celebrated our volunteers at a special dinner hosted at Andrews of Summerside.
This month, we have lots of holiday themed activities planned Summerside hosts the second annual Light Up Our Lives event, there will be visits from Santa, Christmas lunches, decorating, baking and lots of festive music
Wishing you all a great start to the holiday season. Merry Christmas from all of us at Andrews Senior Care.
Sincerely,
Andrews Senior Care

A special thank you to all our volunteers who make each and every day at Andrews Senior Care so special Your dedication, generosity and kindness are greatly appreciated We hosted our annual volunteer dinner for our Charlottetown-area volunteers recently Chef Terry prepared a special meal that included: butternut squash soup, filet mignon and lobster served with whipped potatoes, carrots and asparagus and bread pudding for dessert. The talented MacDonald sisters were the evening’s entertainment.

A special thank you to Briana Matthews, from all of us at Andrews of Stratford.

Briana, a fourth-year kinesiology student at UPEI, has been leading exercise classes two days a week for the past month. Briana started with Andrews of Stratford through a partnership with Spinal Cord Injury P E I
The classes have been fun, educational and residents even learned a few new ways of moving their bodies
Thank you, Briana And thank you to Spinal Cord Injury P E I for arranging this volunteer opportunity!
