Locking Parklands Fir Court Apartments Fir Court is a contemporary, four storey building with an attractive exterior which combines a mixture of brick, render and timber cladding finishes. There are fourteen apartments available, in a range of one and two bedroom designs.

The Apartments Accessed via a secure private door leading to an entrance hall, each apartment provides carefully planned accommodation designed to make the maximum use of space. All the apartments have an open plan main living area, which combined with tall windows helps to create a light and airy feel. The fully fitted kitchen includes a built in stainless steel oven, hob with stainless steel splashback, extractor hood and a range of streamlined units. The kitchen provides space for both a washing machine and a dishwasher.

There is a well equipped main bathroom fitted with white sanitary ware and a shower over the bath. In the two bedroom homes, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

All the main bedrooms have built in wardrobes and each apartment has a useful store room.

All the apartments have their own walk out terrace with glass balustrade. The top floor apartments have the added benefit of a large wrap around terrace set behind the roof parapet. Heating is via individual gas fired condensing boiler.

Entry to Fir Court is via a private lobby, with an intercom controlling access. Each apartment has its own allocated parking spaces and there is a purpose built cycle store.

There is also a communal bin store with dedicated recycling bins.

The Location Locking Parklands is a multi-award winning development located just four miles from the popular seaside town of Weston-super-Mare.
