Blake Sipek s3345540 0432717279 blake.sipek@gmail.com In 10 years Blake Sipek envisions to become a qualified Building Designer & Architect. Upon completition of his studies, he aims to successfully practice in Austrlia & obtain qualifications to design oversees. Blake has both interest in commercial and residential design. Fascinated about the exploration of how each have progressed over time. “less is more, this is the quote that Blake follows strongly from his favourite architect Ludwig Mies van de Rohe and uses for inspiration with each design task. Office of the future shouldnt convey an ideal world where workers wont to stay and never return

home. For a futurre office to work, there should be a minimum labor force for a maximum output. Where a connection to the ideal relaxed workplace should be replaced with the underlying truth that work is work and not a recreational hobby. The building is designed to match the perimeter of the site, maintaining an effective use of space that enables no room to be lost and no margain for error. The buildings extrior skin is proposed to be made from cor-ten steel. Applying an industrial theme that establishes a connection to industrial areas where labor is sent to spend 9 hours a day working.
